Hello World! I'm Afua Deborah, a Frontend Web Developer based out of Canada. Over the years, my professional journey has evolved from intern at a digital marketing agency to intermediate at a product, utilizing various modern frameworks from WordPress and PHP to projects in React, Vue, and TypeScript, and levelling up via paradigms like internationalization, accessibility, and component building.

With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Web Development Immersive Certificate from Juno College of Technology under my belt, I'm equipped with a diverse skill set and experiences. Whether it's optimizing code for accessibility or mentoring intern developers, I thrive on tackling new challenges and sparking change with the right role at the right company.

  • Collaborated, documented, and communicated with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and functionality of developed features and code reviews

  • Built React components integrated into the company's React component library and design system using Figma to ensure integration and alignment with UI/UX best practices and our company’s in-house design library
